The Little Luxury is a unique and charming 70-foot houseboat yacht that is packed with possibilities.
Running year-round, this modern-styled houseboat yacht has a maximum capacity of 40 people having plenty of space to host you and your group. The open-air top deck is the prime location for fun in the sun or a relaxed evening on the lake. You will have to see it to believe it!
Main Deck – Exterior
As you board the Little Luxury, you will be stepping onto an open area that offers overhead coverage and has the feel of a comfortable front porch.
This is the place to catch a cool breeze while you catch up with friends.
This area can be utilized in several different ways and serves as the swim deck to enter and exit the water if you happen to have booked a swim party.
In addition, it is transformed into a quaint outdoor hookah lounge if this add-on is something you have chosen to add.
Main Deck – Interior
Once you enter, the Little Luxury greets you with an open and inviting space.
This space offers tables, a buffet set up, a bar area to serve those cold drinks on a hot day, and some couches for relaxing. On either side of the bar are restrooms for you and your group to utilize during the cruise.
The decorations are up to you, but we would like to hint that the LED lighting located throughout the space offers the perfect color effects to make a backdrop the ultimate photo booth.
Top Deck
As you board, located to the left, you will find the staircase that leads to the upper deck. Please keep in mind that these stairs are steeper than those at home, so we urge you to please use the handrail and be careful when navigating them.
On the upper deck, you will find an open-air space that offers a breath-taking panoramic view of Lake Lanier. There is a covered space that offers sectional seating for those that want the view without being in direct sunlight.
If you are wanting all the rays, there is plenty of seating, space to dance and relax all while taking in the views. Get your party started by renting our DJ-quality speakers or by bringing some of your own. Dance your heart out while enjoying the uninterrupted view that the top of the Little Luxury has to offer.
Main Deck – Exterior Rear
In this area, you will find a carpeted area for those days when swimming is possible.
You can either enter the water via the slide or the swim platform. You will be coming out of the water in this area.
